Welcome to our little pub, where everyone is treated like family.

At the heart of it all are Sue, Lorna, Carly, Phil, Ryan, Cam, Harrison, Mick—and of course, we fondly remember the late Mr D’Arcy—alongside our fantastic team who keep everything running smoothly.

We’re proud to offer a rotating selection of at least 12 real ciders from Kent and Sussex, carefully chosen for their quality and character.

Our spacious function room is available for weddings, parties, and wakes (minimum numbers apply), while our fully covered and heated decking area provides a cosy setting for smaller gatherings year-round.

The Robin Hood is a traditional English country pub nestled in the village of Icklesham, just outside the historic town of Rye. Full of rustic charm and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, it blends classic pub features—wooden beams, cosy interiors, and a roaring fireplace—with a genuine passion for great food and drink.
